Summary Nr: 132329.015 Event: 12/30/2020Employee Fractures Foot, Later Dies
At 3:30 p.m. on December 30, 2020, an employee suffered from a broken foot after a steel beam fell on the employee's foot. The employee was admitted to the hosp ital on the same day, had surgery on 12/17/20, and was released the following da y (12/18/2020). The employee attended a follow up appointment 10 days after rel ease from the hospital and experienced difficulty breathing. The employee died o n December 30, 2020.
