Summary Nr: 131863.015 Event: 12/18/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
At approximately 3:00 p.m. on December 18, 2020, an employee worked alone in a s ection of the machine shop performing an activity called "seat installation." Th e employee's last day at work was on December 8, 2020. The employee left about 3 0 minutes early, at approximately 2:30 PM after informing the supervisor after n ot feeling well. The employee was hospitalized on December 13, 2020. The employ ee was tested while at the hospital on December 14, 2020, and confirmed as posit ive for COVID-19 the same day. The employee died on December 18, 2020, from comp lications of COVID-19.
