At approximately 8:06 p.m. on December 1, 2020, an employee was working in the p roduction department when the employee started developing symptoms of COVID-19. The employer sent the employee home so the employee could be tested. The employ er was notified on November 23, 2020 that the employee was hospitalized. The emp loyee died due to complications of COVID-19 on December 1, 2020.
