Summary Nr: 131520.015 Event: 12/06/2020Two Employees With Covid-19 Infection Die
At approximately 7:00 p.m. on December 6, 2020, Employee #1 and Employee #2 wor ked on a pipe/valve repair project in the Pipe Shop. They were working alongside each other. A coworker was diagnosed with COVID-19 on or about November 24, 202 0, with the first symptoms occurring on or about November 18, 2020. Based on the contact tracing of another employee that tested postitive for COVID-19, the emp loyee was sent home to quarantine on or about November 20, 2020. Employee #1 die d on December 6, 2020 and Employee #2 died on December 10, 2020, due to potenti al COVID-19 related complications.
