At approximately 9:00 a.m. on December 2, 2020, an employee was hospitalized. O n October 29, 2020, the employee was tested for the SArs-CoV-2 VIRUS and came ba ck positive for COVID-19 on November 2, 2020. The employee died on December 3, 2020, from complications from COVID-19.
