At approximately 5:30 p.m. on November 23, 2020, an employee was treating a COVI D-positive patient. The patient tested positive for COVID on November 13, 2020. The employee was treating the COVID-positive patient while the patient had an ac tive COVID diagnosis and later tested positive on November 13, 2020. The employe e was sent home to quarantine on November 13, 2020, and later died at home on No vember 23, 2020.
