At approximately 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2020, an employee had been working in the inspection area of the warehouse. Employee tested positive for COVID-19 on October 22, 2020, and was hospitalized on October 30, 2020. The employee died from COVID-19 related symptoms on November 12, 2020.
