At 11:00 a.m. on October 27, 2020, an employee operated as a licensed Contract F abricator and Installer of custom, high-end architectural woodworking and millwo rk for commercial building projects. The employee was a cabinet maker/journeyman and was an employee of WB Powell Inc. The employee was tested for COVID-19 on S eptember 29, 2020 due to other employees in the workplace testing positive. Posi tive test results were received on October 1, 2020, the employee's last day in t he workplace. The employee was hospitalized due to complications from COVID-19 o n October 4, 2020 and died on October 27, 2020.
