At 4:54 p.m. on October 22, 2020, an employee who worked as a sanitation fork li ft operator had been quarantined at home. Wife had tested positive for COVID -1 9. Employee's wife called on 10/23/20 to inform his employer that he had died wh ile in the hospital.
