Summary Nr: 130236.015 Event: 10/01/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
An employee was working as a baker at a natural food grocery store. On September 11, 2020, he informed his employer that he wasn't feeling well. He was placed o ff work and tested for COVID-19. The test result came back positive. On Septembe r 19, 2020, he was admitted to the hospital. His condition worsened daily. At ar ound 2:00 p.m. on October 1, 2020, he died.
