Summary Nr: 129740.015 Event: 09/16/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
At approximately 12:00 p.m. on September 16, 2020, an employee worked as a Certi fied Nursing Assistant working at the skilled nursing facility. They have a COVI D 19 positive ward, but employee did not work there. It was the employee's sixth day back from working from a two-week vacation. The employee was feeling "cold " told the supervisor on August 24, 2020. The employee tested positive for COVI D-19 on August 26, 2020, and was hospitalized subsequently. The employee died fr om COVID-19 on September 16, 2020.
