Summary Nr: 129446.015 Event: 09/09/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
On June 28, 2020, Employee # 1 was transported to a medical center for the treat ment of COVID-19. She died on September 9, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. as a result of COVI D-19. Her employer reported the hospitalization of Employee # 1 on July 31, 2020 , the date that the employer was notified by a coworker, to the state OSHA. Her employer reported the death to the state OSHA on September 10, 2020. The Divisi on initiated an onsite investigation on September 10, 2020 at 3:30 p.m.
