Summary Nr: 129186.015 Event: 04/10/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
At 1:00 p.m. on April 10, 2020, Employee # 1 was supervising other staff. One of his tasks was to help transport patients. He had exposure to respiratory pathog ens resulting in COVID-19 infection. Employee # 1 visited the director's office and reported feeling ill. He reported experiencing chills, body aches and coughi ng and requested to go home. The director advised him to visit the employee heal th department and get tested for COVID-19 before leaving to go home. He died.
