On January 6, 2020, Employee # 1, a Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician, w as transferred from the inpatient unit to the Emergency Department. On February 5, 2020, she presented to the Emergency Department with complaints of dry cough, body aches and sneezing for the past 24 hours. She was experiencing chest pain due to coughing. She took Advil for her symptoms. She reported not having any si ck contacts. On March 26, 2020, Employee # 1 called the COVID Call Center to rep ort symptoms. On March 28, 2020, she tested positive for COVID-19. Employee # 1' s last day of work was March 20, 2020. She was hospitalized from March 30, 2020 to April 17, 2020. On April 17, 2020, she was transferred to a different medical center. She died on July 12, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. of COVID-19 related causes. | ||||||
