Summary Nr: 127347.015 Event: 06/28/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
An employee was working at a nursing care or skilled nursing facility. She provi ded nursing care to patients that had possibly been infected with the COVID-19 v irus. One of the residents that was sent to the hospital on June 12, 2020, was h ospitalized and tested positive. The facility was not notified at that time. On June 18, 2020, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. At 2:15 p.m. on June 2 8, 2020, she died.
