Summary Nr: 126884.015 Event: 04/10/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
At 8:00 a.m. on April 10, 2020, an employee was providing care to residents on t he long term care wing of the skilled nursing facilities as a licensed practical nurse. The employee administered medications, treatments and provided other ser vices as necessary to residents on their assignment. The last day that the emplo yee worked was March 27, 2020. After two scheduled days off, the employee calle d out on March 30, 2020. The employee tested with positive results on April 1, 2 020. The employee was hospitalized and died from complications from COVID-19 on April 10, 2020.
