The employee contracted COVID-19. He was hospitalized, and he died on May 22, 2020. The facility had its first COVID-19 positive reside nt diagnosed on April 5, 2020. This was the first of 56 residents that were diag nosed with COVID-19 between April 5, 2020, and May 27, 2020. | ||||||
