Summary Nr: 125945.015 Event: 05/03/2020Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
At 5:30 a.m. on May 3, 2020, Employee #1 worked with several pieces of heavy equ ipment, which was also used by fellow employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Em ployee # 1 suffered a heart attack on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at her residence. Em ployee #1 displayed symptoms of COVID-19 during the week of May 25 to 29. Employ ee #1 worked in both the field and inside a single story structure. She solely o perated various types of heavy equipment that would include front-end loaders an d dump trucks. However, she would also direct fellow employees and use the same equipment. She tested positive for COVID-19.
