Summary Nr: 125899.015		Event: 04/19/2020	Employee With Covid-19 Infection Dies
On April 19, 2020, an employee (Packaging Operator) who had been performing her regular duties on a meat packing line died from complications related to COVID-1 9 infection. The employee became ill on April 6, 2020, after being exposed to a nd contracting COVID-19. She was hospitalized on April 16, 2020 prior to dying on April 19, 2020.
