At 12:00 a.m. on April 17, 2020, an employee was working at the fish department for the store. The employee complained of COVID-19 related symptoms on March 31. The employee was told to get a test on April 8. The employee was admitted to the hospital on April 12 and died on April 17 of complications due to COVID-19 .
