At 12:15 p.m. on April 16, 2020, an employee worked at the assistant living comm unity (night shift). An employee who was a caregiver of residents tested positiv e for COVID-19. The employee went to the hospital on April 15, 2020 and was tra nsferred to ICU on same day. The employee died on April 16, 2020 due to COVID- 19 infection.
