At 12:00 a.m. on March 5, 2020, an employee was unloading rail car using a mobile conveyor. For an unknown reason, the employee went under the bumper safety bar on the conveyor. This bar when bumped should have stopped the conveyor, but the conveyor did not stop. The employee was killed after being fatally crushed from being caught between the conveyor and the safety bar.
