At aproximately 12:30 p.m. on January 31, 2020, an employee was inspecting a mac hine for a part number. Then, the machine started up unexpectedly and a hurtlin g 600 lb roll of paper and shaft struck the employee. The employee was struck i n the chest and was killed.
