Summary Nr: 123125.015Event: 12/20/2019Employee Dies After Fall From Stepladder
On December 20, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a construction framing company, w as working at a job site for new townhouses. He was standing on a 6-foot stepla dder and nailing hooks into a hanger beam inside the first floor of a unit. Emp loyee #1 fell and was found slightly conscious. He was transported to the hospi tal, where he died January 4, 2020.
