At 6:30 p.m. on October 26, 2019, Employee #1, a landscaper, got his truck and t railer stuck in the mud. He contacted his son and the son's friend to help get t he truck and landscape trailer unstuck from the mud. The employee instructed his son to drive the truck while he pushed from between the truck and trailer. As t he truck moved forward, the trailer struck and killed the employee.
