At 10:30 a.m. on September 3, 2019, an employee was using a blower to remove gra ss clippings from a sidewalk. At the same time, a tractor trailer truck operator attempted to make a right hand turn at an intersection. The trailer tires jumpe d onto the sidewalk and struck the employee. The employee sustained multiple fra ctures to unspecified parts of his body and was killed.
