At 10:45 a.m. on August 13, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a renovation company, was engaged in electrical work in the attic of a one-story residence. He had not turned off the electrical power. As he handled an electric wire, he was exposed to live electrical current. Employee #1 was electrocuted.
