Summary Nr: 115304.015Event: 03/26/2019Employee Loses Balance And Falls From Roof, Later Dies From
On March 26, 2019, an employee was nailing into the wood portion of a roof frame to ensure it was secured before installing the roof. The employee was walking along the roof truss on the front of the house when he lost his balance and fell approximately 18 feet. Emergency Services responded and transported the employee to the hospital. The employee later died from blunt force trauma injuries to his head.
