At 9:45 a.m. on June 19, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was engaged in roofing work at a multiemployer construction project, a four-stor y building undergoing repairs. The employee was removing slate shingles when he slipped and fell, a fall height of 42 feet. The employee, who was wearing a fa ll protection harness, struck the ground, incurred multiple injuries, and was ki lled.
