Summary Nr: 117132.015Event: 04/25/2019Employee Is Run Over By Trailer Being Reversed And Later Die
On April 25, 2019, an employee was dropping off a pickup truck load of metal scrap for recycling. After he emptied his load, he walked around the front of his truck while a coworker was backing his trailer up alongside. The employee was run over by the trailer and was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
