At 11:50 a.m. on November 23, 2018, Employee #1 was operating a baler. A three foot tree became caught in the baler and the employee put his right foreman over the tree, in an attempt to dislodge it. At that moment, the grapple jaw closed and punctured the employee's right forearm. Hospitalization was not required.
