Summary Nr: 114547.015Event: 10/06/2018Employee Is Struck And Killed By Branch During Tree Clearing
At 1:15 p.m. on October 6, 2018, an employee was standing under a tree and de-li mbing the branches with a chain saw. A three limb about 10" in diameter and 10 feet long fell and struck the employee on the back of the head, resulting in a m assive head injury and death.
