Summary Nr: 113940.015 Event: 01/24/2019Her Arm Was Caught In Conveyor Belt
At approximately 3:40 p.m. on January 24, 2019, an employee was working within system 1. The employee noticed a sticker caught on the conveyor and attempted t o remove it from the belt. The right hand of the employee, then, went into the conveyor frame, causing multiple fractures to the right hand. Even though it in dicates non hospitalized, the employee most likely was hospitalized to treat the fractures.
