At 10:01 a.m. on February 1, 2019, an employee was operating a standup forklift and was removing twelve pallets from a semitrailer attached to a truck tractor a t the dock. The employee was exiting the semi-trailer when the truck tractor pu lled away from the dock and he was partially ejected from the forklift. The emp loyee was struck by the ROP section of the forklift and sustained multiple crush ing injuries to his head and arm. The employee was hospitalized.
