At 11:30 a.m. on January 5, 2019, Employee #2 had disconnected hydraulic hoses t o the hydraulic piston that raised/ lowered the Almond Shaker's clamp. As the h ose was disconnected, the shaker's clamp, which was raised, fell onto Employee # 1 and Employee #2. Employee #1 received fatal crushing injuries.
