Summary Nr: 112025.015Event: 12/18/2018Employee Falls Through Roof Opening And Is Killed
At 10:15 a.m. on December 18, 2018, an employee was on the roof that was surrounded by guard rails and fell through a 3 foot by 6 foot hole in the roof that was covered by a sheet of plastic. The employee fell approximately 90 feet before landing on the ground and struck his head. The employee was killed.
