At 8:58 a.m. on December 6, 2018, an employee was cutting reinforced concrete pi pe with a hand held gas powered saw. As the cut was finished, the saw kicked ba ck and rotated, striking the employee in the neck. He sustained a laceration to the neck, resulting in his death.
