At 8:00 a.m. on October 27, 2018, an employee was tossing two boxes of gutter br ushes onto the sky bridge. The employee lost his balance in an aerial lift buck et and fell approximately three stories onto the aerial lift vehicle windshield and to the concrete pavement. The employee was killed. The employee was not wea ring any personal fall arrest equipment attached to the aerial lift bucket.
