At 3:00 p.m. on October 11, 2018, an employee was loading steel beams onto a goo se neck trailer and was using a pry bar to straighten out an I- beam. The emplo yee lost his footing, fell to the ground, and was struck in the head by one of the steel beams that fell from the trailer. The employee was killed.
