At 9:30 a.m. on October 3, 2018, an employee was performing a manual air compression test and had to remove all of the injectors because several were broken. The employee held a rag over an open cylinder to prevent debris and fuel from exiting. The employee had his hand punctured when the engine was cranked and the air pressure exited the cylinder. The employee was hospitalized.
