On September 19, 2018, an employee was opening a door to a clothing baler with a crowbar. When the door opened, the bale of clothing fell onto the employee's legs and knocked him down. The employee struck his head on the concrete floor and suffered a skull fracture and bleeding. The employee was hospitalized and placed on life support; however, later died.
