At 7:40 p.m. on September 27, 2018, an employee was picking products from a racking system using a forklift while filling a customer's order. The employee stepped onto a skid that gave way and he fell to the floor, fracturing his left leg and ankle when he struck the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized.
