| At 9:25 a.m. on July 3, 2018, an employee was using a Yale Hog Pusher Smithfield Machine number 4114, Model Number MTR007F, to push hogs from a decline rail into bays for the chilling process. The employee dismounted when some of the hogs had gotten behind him and he went to straighten and untangle them. As he was doing so, one of the hogs got past the employee and pushed the mule against him and pinned his leg against the wall. The employee fractured his leg and was hospitalized. | ||||||
