At 10:30 a.m. on August 20, 2018, an employee was working on a truck's rear whee l and drive shaft while on a service lift and raised 7 feet. The employee attem pted to stop the vehicle when it shifted and rolled completely off of the elevat ed ramp. The employee was crushed when the truck fell and struck his head and u pper torso, killing him.
