Summary Nr: 112049.015Event: 06/27/2018Employee Sustains Several Episodes Of Vomiting While Working
At 2:30 p.m. on June 27, 2018, an employee was driving a forklift in the warehou se and was loading empty foam boxes out in the yard. The employee began to cram p and remained in the air conditioned cab for about 30 minutes before driving to a delivery site. Upon arrival, the employee vomited and notified his superviso r. The employee drove back to the warehouse and had to stop to vomit again. Th e employee's mother took him to Delano Regional Medical Center, where he was adm itted due to a personal medical condition.
