Summary Nr: 106810.015Event: 06/20/2018Employee Falls From Dumpster Ladder And Bruises Hip
At 7:00 a.m. on June 20, 2018, Employee #1 and a coworker, employed by a constru ction company, were putting recycling waste into a 40-yard stationary dumpster a t a job site. As Employee #1 climbed a fixed ladder on the dumpster, he slipped and fell, a fall height of 5 feet. Employee #1 was able to walk to the emergen cy room a few yards away. He was admitted and treated for bruising to his right hip.
