Summary Nr: 106340.015Event: 06/09/2018Employee Is Struck By Falling Tree Limb And Is Killed
At 12:38 p.m. on June 9, 2018, an employee was in the process of cutting down trees (tree felling) at a residence. When the tree being felled was falling, its limbs and branches struck anothertree, shaking lose dead limbs. A dead branch that was loose, fell and struck the employee in the head, killing him.
