At 11:00 a.m. on April 27, 2018, an employee was accessing some PVC pipes that were in storage for a customer and cut the bands on a PVC bundle that was near the bottom of a stack. The employee was struck by the pipes when the bundles shifted and collapsed, crushing his face to the ground. The employee was hospitalized.
