At 12:55 a.m. on February 15, 2018, an employee was unjamming the Master Roll Wi nder Machine located in the production room. The employee's hand was caught bet ween the running components (rollers) of the Master Roll Winder Machine when he attempted to unjam stuck product. The employee degloved his right hand thumb, a nd sustained crushing injuries to his right hand. His thumb had to be amputated upon admission at hospital.
