At 12:15 p.m. on March 7, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was working at a multiemployer construction project, a two-story residential st ructure. He was working from a scaffold and installing a drywall ceiling when h e fell, a fall height of 5 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee # 1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a concussion .
